By confirming your order to be shipped you are agreeing to our terms and conditions. - Sleepwear is made to order so this process will take 1-2 weeks before shipping. Lady Lili will not be responsible for any late or last-minute orders.
- Orders are shipped through Australia Post and their policy states that standard shipping will take 6-10 business days but we do offer express 3 - 7 days as an alternative option.

- The clothing must be returned in a resealable condition. This means the clothes are unworn and the tags are all still attached.
- We are flexible with receipts as we can find them all in our system.
